I'm not the person who posted the original stat.

I've read studies that show that glucophage during pregnancy decreases the miscarriage risk to that of women without PCOS, and have read that glucophage will improve ovulation probability, though I don't remember if it was to "normal" rates or not.

I'm very sorry to hear about your difficulty. There are many things that make having a child difficult, and a number are not related to PCOS, and are faced by many non-PCOS women. Pregnancy rates are not 100% in the general or "normal" population either. Anything that's not 100% means that some people will not have it, whatever "it" is, in that example. I'm sorry that in this case you're part of the 7% (or whatever the number may be) that is still having difficulty.

I hope that you achieve your dream of becoming a mother, through whatever means works for you, including foster parenting, adopting, or a successful pregnancy.
