I have PCOS and want to get pregnant any suggestions?

I was diagnosed about 4 years ago with PCOS. hubby and i had been trying to get pregnant for quite awhile and nothing. The specialist put me on metformin as I am insulin resistant, and I also tried chlomid. Nothing happened. Well after a couple of cycles of chlomid I found out that I had high Blood Pressure and I have been on meds for about a year now, close to it anyways. I am wondering if there is any hope for me to conceive, and what I should be doing. I try to lose weight as I am 250lbs and 5'6. Is there any natural ways of helping me? The reason I am looking into this now is because we are planning on trying again in 6 months. I want to try anything to have a baby. Thanks
