NO Mel,
Not pine oil.This stuff smells like a really strong wintergreen.You
know...like the wintergreen gum they used to sell.
I am concerned that it says not to be used with any health condition.I
don't want it to over stimulate me.I know it is hard on the skin,as I
just dabbed a bit on my thumb and it burnt like hell.
Maybe for now I should not try it.I don't want to jeopardize anything
else.
I just don't get a good feeling from it.I know Pine is warming..this is
different.The origin is China and the benefits are uplifting and
invigorating,the latin name is:Gaultheria procumbens if that helps any.
Should I use it when I am tired?
Or should I just let the tired be a good thing?
What is M.E...sorry?
