Hi, not everyone with PCOS has weight issues. Only about 50%, they say, so you're in very good company. It's also not as usual, but certainly happens, that women with PCOS can have normal periods. Everything else you mention is all common with PCOS.

If you have PCOS, or rather, even if you have such high blood lipids and hormone levels, then something is obviously going on that is causing your body problems. Your doctor sounds supicious to me, for ignoring that. Maybe it's worth finding a new doctor for a second opinion?
