Thanks! I like to be sort of twisted and wry in real life as well. And you will get a kick outta this, then: Sue, the nurse from Kaiser, called me back to "clarify" my question about provera. Why was I on it, exactly. I explained what I understood oral provera to be, told her what I'd been taking it for and how long I'd been on it, and basically explained what the drug should do for me as it was explained to me, including the switch to yasmin as soon as I experience a period "cleanse". Asked again if I should be bleeding at all, currently, as that was the only thing I didn't know about the drug. She said no. Any bleeding after 3 days on it was abnormal. And then explained exactly what I had just told her, back to me, nearly verbatim, as if we were reading a script, and then said "Okay, any questions?" I asked, "Does my doctor know you just called me?" Much love,
-- Amelie
