Thanks Renee, I just checked that out and that's a great site! I was just poring over some of the stuff there.. and you know, I might have to get off my little soapbox as far as my friend is concerned; all the articles I came across there seemed to tout the safety of aspartame and that it didn't affect insulin secretion. One article I came across seemed interesting but very scientific - maybe I'll order that one and have my doc look it over. So I guess maybe I will have to resign myself that on some level all this aspartame may not be all that dangerous?!?.. but he must have something else going on to need that much to taste sweetness. Oh well. Thanks so much for the info, I appreciate your time!
