Barb,

I take prenatal vitamins b/c they work better for me than regular multi-vitamins that's why. My dr knows I'm taking the prenatal vitamins so I'm fine.

It is not unheard of for women that are not pregnant (whether they are thinking about it or not) to take prenatal vitamins. A pharmacist also confirmed to me (and I guess anyone can take this how they want to) that prenatal vitamins are the best thing for a woman to take.

You don't have to be pregnant to take prenatal vitamins. I've always wanted to take prenatal vitamins and I'm glad I made the choice to do so. I've been doing so for 2 years now and it's the best thing I ever did for myself.

As for the spiro when I took it as the brand name back in 1997 yes that helped keep the acne down but now this time it's strictly the prenatals helping.

My mom and I have recommended it to other friends and it helped them too.

I recommended this to another girl on this list about 3 or 4 months ago when she was having issues with acne too.

I get the brand from Wal-Mart b/c that's what works for me. This vitamin has the same kinds of vitamins that some other kinds of vitamins have but is also a little different. Just go to the Wal-Mart website and you can read up on this prenatal vitamin that I'm taking.
