Kristy,

I don't know what type of prenatal vitamins you are taking, but can you tell me why you think it is clearing up your acne?/or why you think it has helped your skin/and also why you take prenatal.I am just curious. Are you concerned about your folic acid intake?Remember, that prenatal are for when you are supplementing for two.Just an err of caution for those taking mega amounts of vitamins.Too much can be as bad as too little.

If there is a certain prenatal vitamin that you think contributes to your clear skin,,let me know...I would be interested to see what ingredients are in it.

I am a vitamin junkie, but realize that vitamins are supplements and should not replace a nutritional diet with plenty of water. You've heard the term from dermatologists, cosmeticians etc...weight watchers etc...drink lots and lots of water to flush the toxins out of the body,of which is also very helpful with those with PCOS. There are also some vitamins that contain certain ingredients that are known to cause skin break outs.

Some contain mega amounts of vitamin A,which all know can cause alot of negative side effects and hair loss.

I refrain from the use of any vitamin that contains vitamin A,I get all the vitamin A from foods.

Do you think the spironolactone is what is helping with your skin? I realize you have other issues that may account for the prenatal...but was very curious what brand it is and what it contains.

Just an fyi >
