There is this sea salt cleanser here in Canada.....but easy to make....you take sea salts and add tea tree oil and bathe in it.It may help with the acne on the back, but it may also first bring out the acne before they start to dry up. You can also get an ultra violet lamp if acne gets worse during winter months as mine did.Somehow,..my acne was always worse in winter..especially on my back and shoulders. The ultra violet lamp worked, although I know the dangers of it,..but with being so self conscious...I would look into it. I know some women are going to tanning beds to help dry up the acne.I know this is a quick fix and definitely not a cure all,,,but hope it helps some get rid of the acne on the back.
