I too had the whole zit thing happening to the oint of not going out of the house. The only things that worked for me was going on the pill and also using "Carley's" cleanser. Now my skin looks better than it EVER has (I'm not exaggerating) and unless I go on a plucking frenzy (which tends to cause bumps) I'm usually zit free. HTH --Jenn
