Acne...any ideas? Hi everyone I feel a bit shallow posting this as it is a minor problem compared with what a lot of you are going through. I was diagnosed with PCO about 4 years ago and through certain herbs, sensible eating and occasional exercise (!) i have remained pretty symptom free. APART from acne. I have tried everything and i am lucky in that it only severely affects my back and sometimes my chest but NOTHING WORKS. It's better in summer but its coming up for winter and the boils are coming back. Any ideas? I am already on metformin. I use benzyl peroxide on it which helps slightly.
