I just wanted to tell you. I had the same problem with Gluco XR and my doctor switche me back to regular gluco.

My appetite increased and I gained some weight when I switched to the XR...I was on it for 9 months and now just switched back to the brand Gluc.

Those cravings aren't bad. They probably have nutrients you are needing. If you are craving safe foods, go ahead and nibble.
