I think you are right,

I am craving things as if I were pregnant. The other weird one is oysters with salmon cream cheese....lol... I guess I require the calcium or something, but I have always had a very good appetite,,,but lately,I just want different foods and am very happy that the thought of a sweet cookie or a piece of cake(things I love),now turns my stomach,as does bread. I also do know now that I CANNOT eat any type of breads.I am taking my blood sugar readings and WOW>..if I eat bread...my blood sugars go absolutely whacko. I think I may have found the culprit.

Glucophage is amazing...no sugar cravings ever.I don't even have to discipline...I just don't want a tiny piece of anything and my grandma still bakes terrific pies and cakes, cookies etc and it does not even send me to take a sample of her terrific baking.I reach in the fridge and nosh on some celery with cheese. She is amazed at me.She thinks that I am afraid to eat her cooking, and it is hard for me to explain to a ninety year old that I just don't feel like it and my doctor told me to refrain. My grandmother thinks all foods are good in moderation and does not understand that even a teenie bit of her goodies will send me off with some type of attack. She thinks I am afraid of getting fat and this is a back to square one deal with me again,as I am not afraid of getting fat,but want to try to be as healthy as I can be. I don't know why I rambled again.....just the excitement of knowing that I am finally doing something good for my body and the medication called Glucophage is helping me.

OKay...off my life story;)
