Thank-you Terri,

I am relying now on clonazepam when the anxiety strikes.Keeps is mild especially before menses. Aromatherapy is most soothing for me too.Sound therapy is something I can't live without.Bravo..you are on the right track. How do you feel on paxil? Does xanax alone not cut it? Just wondering.

God,,,anxiety is awful to live with.It is like you live in a body that is so our of control...you don't have control. I've had problems with not being able to go out of the house from being so ill which made my anxiety even worse when I was falling all the time.I think I got a little agoraphobic to a degree, avoiding places although I felt well enough,,I never knew how the fatigue or weakness, shakiness and sweating, fainting would occur....so I thought it would be better to stay close to home, but not such a good idea. I feel I am also on a roller coaster ride too.' let's hope this all passes. We have so many hormonal imbalances, its a wonder we're all sane on this forum! My chiropractor has become my latest stress reliever....he is very cute too....hmmmmmm;) Barb
