You are not alone. I get the same crazy anxiety highs right before my
period. Although the Avandia has now made them come about every two and
a half weeks. So, it seems I'm on a horrible roller coaster ride. I
also take Paxil to help with the anxiety and panic that sets in - and
often I have needed it just to get out of the house. Also rely on Xanax
for the real panic. I've finally just given up trying to fight it and
generally stay home those few days before the period. Trying to rest
and relax. I have used aromatherapy and also sound therapy on those
days and it also helps. Email me if you ever need to talk.
