Hi,

I have used clear plan tests that are like the pregnancy test sticks but truthfully it is really more expensive than it is worth. I reccomend FAM (fertility Awareness Method)...invest in a book called Taking charge of your fertility by toni weschler and buy a simple basal thermometer and all you need is a few minutes everyday and you will really find it more useful than spending the obscene amoutn of money those stupid kits cost. I think it can really help you a lot in your goal of acheiving what you desire and it can also help your doc see patterns in your cycle that might indicate some reason that you haven't reasched your goal yet and may better help them help you! FAM can give you pinpoint accuracy as to when you will ovulate or have ovulated and the marketed ovulation predictor tests I am sorry to say aren't that good and as far as I know there are none that are reusable that you never have to buy strips for.

I have to admit I just didn't know what to say when I read what your heart poured out. If I had read this not knowing someone esle wrote this I might have thought I wrote this myself becasue your words were thoughts I felt many times over myself. You know I can say I honestly understand and have had a similar experience and I wasn't even lucky to get medical attention as quickly as you got it...my ultrasound was sceduled about two weeks afterward and no one had anything even remotely sympathetic to say. I heard the same thing as well "it happens everyday" and there just aren't words for these sorts of people.

You know some women who aren't sufficient in progesterone have found sucess in supplying it to their bodies by using progest progesterone cream. It is usually used during the last two weeks of your cycle and I don't know if it will help but it might buy you some time to get to the doc after finding out you are pregnant and then he can start to give you the hormones you need if your body can't make them. There are a number of women who need to have progesterone given to them during pregnancy to sustain it and they do have healthy and normal babies and if this is your problem then your doc might consider that...? if not maybe you need a better doctor and one who is certinly more sympathetic to the patients feelings! Another idea would be to take the clomid as your doc suggests and then perhaps he can give you progesterone to take toward the end of your cycle...? have you discussed such options with your doctor. I don't think it was necessarily right for your doc to say your eggs are not sufficient without doing special tests to know this. You are not hopeless and it isn't your fault you just need a good doctor who is willing to work with you and help you to acheive your goal which I really think you can meet and hopefully someday soon you will come back happy with a sucess story that will make everyone feel good and happy! They say the best things come to those who wait.

Good Luck :~)
