My doctor said that Glucophage would help if my hormones were restored to normal. With normal hormones, there would be no reason for the hair to continue to grow. Is this not the case?

The doctor said that it would take about a year to notice the difference, but as long as I take it continuously. I, also, am taking Glucophage so I don't understand how Glucophage is going to change the hair situation...For what I know, Glucophage helps with losing weight and the insullin resistance not the hirsituism. Ask your doctor about Spironolactone. Good luck!
