Could you get your insulin resistance checked by doing a fasting GTT?? If you were IR you could start metformin for a few months - that would make it better. Coming off for me was hell!

I went off the pill at 19. From 19-30 my dx got worse and worse - but, no one connected all my problems together. Once I started educating myself, I realized most of my problems were pcos related. If you go to http://www.soulcysters.com they have loads of great info and support.
