My duaghter is 17 and still has a very unpredictable menstral cycle. She also has acne on her face and back facial hair and is about 50 lbs overweight. I also have the further difficulty that she is mentally handicapped. Please someone advise me how I should go around finding out if she has pcos as what I have read about this would point me in this direction.
