Sorry.  I wasn't clear on that.
 
I'm not familiar with the anti-choking method you describe, but I don't think it's effective on people alone in wheelchairs.  Peter was found dead in his home by his housekeeper.

I blame the drug war because Peter was denied his marijuana that kept him from vomiting up his medication.  Simple as that.
