Cyst growth stopping or delaying a cycle?

I am the one that put up the post for "Late periods for PCOSers that exercise". Or something like that, don't remember the exact post title.

Here's the latest, I have taken 2 urine PG tests negative, a blood test yesterday that's negative. My thyroid level is normal. And I'm now closing in on 50 days of this cycle. I have had 2 boughts of acne which normally appears about a week before my period. I've had almost no cramping and some bloating and a bit of nausea. My recent cycles have been very good for a PCOSer, the last 3 have been about 35-40 days. I am really confused on this one.

I don't have a current endo because I have been so normal in the last 2-3 years. Just take my meds and have my cycles.

Has anyone heard of a delayed cycle being due to a cyst growing and blocking the egg from being released from the ovary? I know it's not far off of the syndromes normal behavior but to actually block it completely? I am just worried that I have cyst growing and worry that it might burst?????

I have a referral in at my general practice doctor but this will take me a week. Can't they just do an ultrasound to figure this "bleepity bleep, exlpitive" stuff out????

Sorry, I am having a bad PCOS week! I know I am lucky to have had a great endo in the past that diagnosed me fast and made me knowledgable. I have a beautiful 1 1/2 year old girl. On the whole, all is well. I just hate setbacks. I am not able to think clearly and am not sleeping well wondering what is wrong with me.

Thanks all! Any info you have is helpful......
