I was discussing this with my sister-in-law and I remember now why
athletic women have no periods, NO BODY FAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ha ha ha,
that ain't me! I've got about 60+ lbs to lose. I definitely am leaning
more towards PG now. I received my lab results back from last week
checking my cholesterol and thyroid. Thyroid is within normal limits
and I am even getting lower cholesterol levels too. Even my LDL is very
close to acceptable levels. So I know my workouts should be assisting
my period, not hindering it.
I will know more tomorrow by the end of the day, hopefully. I'll post
to let you all know.
