Nope, only when I'm the driver. It feels very hypnotic, if I had to describe it. When I'm the passenger, I'm awake, awake, awake. I do not take naps during the day either and am rarely tired, other than driving.

I think it may have something to do with sensitivity to the sun. This never happens at dusk or early a.m.

Even when I'm not driving I have a problem of falling asleep in the car. I used to think it was because that was how my parents would put me to sleep at night was by driving around until I fell asleep. I'm on 1500mg. Glucophage XR, 2400mg. Ibuprofen, and 20mg. Oxycotin.
