I have been on metformin 2000 mg for about 5 months untill that time i hadnt had a period for about 1 year.It took me about 3 months on met till i finally started.Now i bleed all the time heavy mostly when it does stop i still have spotting till the heavy bleeding comes back again.The only relief i get from this is while taking provera for 5 days i didnt bleed the whole time my endo said after i finished meds i would have normal periods again.It has not stopped as soon as provera was gone i stared again.I started take metformin because i wanted to get my cycle regular so i could start thinking about trying for a baby.Has anyone experienced this or now what is causing it please let me no.Im going to make an appointment with endo i want to go prepared with some questions.Or suggestions,Thanks Melinda Next message: Renee: "Re: medical marijuana" Previous message: Koolaide: "Re: medical marijuana" Next in thread: Teresa: "Re: Can anyone help???"
