Hi,

treating PCOS is part of the baby trail. In fact they should rule PCOS out before anything else.

Treatment for PCOS would be metformin for up to 6 months (metformin could be used long-term) then add clomid if met alone doesn't work.

This is definitely worth following up.

By the way, not all women with PCOS have miscarriage when they get pregnant. My little sister has severe PCOS, however, she is now 7 months pregnant with her first pregnancy.
