Definitely push for it!

IF you have PCOS, then treating it will be so so much healthier for you and your baby, and will help you conceive faster than any other treatment that doesn't address the PCOS issue. It would be frustrating to not push for it and waste a round of Clomid trying unsuccessfully, only to find out later that it was PCOS all along and have to go it again. You'll breathe easier if it's ruled out, too. So either way you win!
