Re: Side effect from Chromium?

Yes I have. I was taking chromium+vanadium and it wired me.Switched to chromium alone and still the same.I was recently taken off it. Please don't quote me,but I do know that chromium is used in some depressive disorders, thus the reasons you may feel you are bouncing off the walls. Many anti-depressants leave you feeling as if you've had some speed.

There have been some controlled trials on this..If I can find them..I will post the results. I hate the feeling when on chromium and felt worse. It may not be for you. Stop it for a few days then reintroduce it next week and see if it starts again and you will find it being the offender. This is what I've done in the past,as I am into many natural treatments...some work and others don't,or make me feel worse. As with Ginko. It makes my heart palpitations worse.I found this with the chromium as well. Mine did not decrease whatsoever, but that is just me.I know others that take it and feel wonderful.

Hope others can offer their input as well.
