I'm bouncing off the walls like I've had three double espressos. Has anyone else encountered this side effect, and does it decrease after a while? I'm all for more energy, but I'd prefer not to feel like I'm on speed :) I'm unclear on why it would cause this, also. If the mineral just helps the cells accept the glucose from the blood, why this surge of energy? My blood pressure is even up. I had been down to 95/70 since I've been low carbing. Today I'm at 128/80. Still not high, but certainly higher than normal.
