No,not in my case,I didn't.,but I don't like condiments anyways.I can eat ice cream though and that has sugar,so I can't understand myself.I had to give up things like bread, pasta, potatos, certain fruits and certain veggies. I can eat most vegetables. Most things have sugar in them...but some contain more.Check labels...this is new to me as well.It was the cookie thing or the piece of chocolate that was doing me in.Those are the things I have to avoid.I am no binger..but one tiny little piece of chocolate cake or sweet treat would do me in.

Those things sure do help >meat become more palatable. Fruits? Even some veggies have sugar? I

There is a difference with complex carbohydrates. On my diet I am not restricted to veggies accept potatos and certain fruits.,..one being a bananna. I eat mostly berries of all types and watermelon.

>Thank you! Oh, do you have a website that has this kind of information?

He thought it could be related to yeast..thus the reason for the elimination of certain foods.Seems I can eat certain things and not others.I am still in the learning stages myself.

Also, are you ttc? And is there any research >that this particular condition affects fertility? And is your condition

I do have IR/PCOS but also some other health issues.I have no clue if this effects fertility and no,I am not ttc. Apparantly this does have something to do with IR. As for research on this...I have nothing at my disposal.I suggest you search through the archives as there was a discussion about different types of sugars in foods.

This was all a trial with my new endo. Sorry I could not be of more help. Barb

Sorry about all the questions, but >you definitely have my curiosity up.
