I thought I was responding to Liz, who said she was tired and struggling
to lose weight. Just because it works for you, does not necessarily
mean it is right for someone else. I think you need to look at all of
the options. Of course, the final choice is yours, and no one else's.
I'm not convinced yet that a low, low Atkins is good for anyone, over a
long period of time. Fine for induction, fine to get one back on track.
Not intended for long term. But, It also depends upon what you eat.
