Pat,

As I've said before, I've been on an extremely low carb diet for over 3 years now. I have to. My body suffers when I eat more. Weight loss isn't the issue (in fact, I haven't changed my weight much at all). It's mood, hair growth/loss, brain function. So, for some of us, there are valid reasons to be that low in our intake.
