By drying up your skin and using those benzol peroxide solutions,it will only aggravate the acne. The disease has to be treated from within. Try dove soap and *DO* use a moisturizer.Drying out the skin cause a rebound of oil which causes more acne. Drink plenty of water and stay away from refined sugars. Don't waste your money on the lotions and potions from the doc. And don't take an anti-biotic either. Until you have your hormone levels and IR under control, with good eating habits and proper exercise and the required meds (I don't know your condition),the acne should subside.

If you are thinking of the pro active solution-it can make the skin look better, but is not going to get rid of the acne with PCOS'er/s Treat from within. Be well >
