Hey, I am somewhat going through the same thing. I have been on Atkins since June 1, and I have lost 13 pounds. But, once I came off induction, and started adding "healthy" carbs here and there, I have not lost any more weight. Maybe, the rest of the process is slower. I don't know. I haven't gained anymore, so that is good. The problem, is that adding some carbs has ruined me. I have been "carb binging" this week, and I have lost any desire to eat meat, eggs, etc. YUK! I have had it! My taste buds cannot handle anymore chicken! So, I am just going to let myself binge this week...and see what and then maybe the break will be enough to get me jumpstarted. I have had pizza, icecream, and those new arby's double dipping fingers.... :) Anyway, just to let you know, you are not the only one. I don't know how to find a balance. I am okay on the induction diet, but if I come off of that, I gain all cravings back and can't seem to get back on the diet. And, I am on 500 mg of met---once a day. I am suppose to up the dose next month. Good luck!! Oh, and congrats on your twins! How wonderful!! Joy
