Thanks, Mel!
I needed that. My counselor told me I have been depressed on and off
for years, even as a kid. I have a family history of depression and
mental illness. After my stoke last year, I have been on a downward
spiral. I am totally out of control and I feel so lost. I am thinking
maybe if I can get out from under the depression I could have some
success with weight loss, but as of now I am not. I have no motivation,
I cry a lot, I just want to stay home. I hate this because this is not
my normal personality. My marriage is shaky, no one in my family
understands me. I am just so sad. Thanks for your post.
