Hi Angie
Just to add my 2 pence in. I was taking anti-depressants for 2 years,a
dn although i am no longer taking them, they really helped me at the
time. And i knew when to come off them because i started to feel really
de-sensitised by them. My councillor encouraged me to make the first
step in coming off them and supported me throughtout the process. I was
taking Cipramil, a really low dose at 20 mg per day. I really felt ass
if the clouds were oarting and I could see the sunshine and clear blue
sky for the first time in years. Everyone feel differently about them,
and there is no right or wrong, but i do know several people who have
been 'helped' by them. It is a case of finding the right one for you.
I hope this helps
keep well and take great care
