Hi!

I am glad to hear you feel your endo is on the right track and is supportive of you getting alternative therapies. Mine just looked at me like I was a nut when I asked him about Chinese med. He said whatever... but I feel better. Less period pain, my cycle is regular about every 26-30 days. The acup. dr. changes my herbs every phase of my cycle. A formula for ovulation, menses., after. I have not felt any ill effects from the herbs. I also take lots of vitamins. He says I have very weak liver, spleen and kidneys. Liver responsible for cleansing blood, spleen digestion, kidneys immune system. I have always had problems for all three. He also has me reading about Chinese med, and it makes a lot of sense. Also, he said I have to learn to control my emotions because people do not realize how much emotions effect your body. that has prompted me to get couseling for my depression and it is helping also. However, they think I need anti-depressants because I am borderline bi-polar. I know you said you had a bad time with the anti-depressants. I am somewhat afraid. I don't want to cause my body more problems trying to heal my mind. Anyway, glad to hear you feel like you are being heard. I may change endos again. I go next week, we will see.

Take care! Angie
