Good luck! After getting to that "can't stand it anymore point" with both of our weights, my husband and I (I definitely have PCOS) have been trying Carbo Addicts plan for 1 month now and have done pretty good. He has lost 15 lbs. and I have lost 12 lbs. I thought the Atkins was too strict for me, but thought I could live with the Carbo Addicts version. We are just now starting to add some exercise into the mix. I only take Glucophage with my meal that has 1/3 carbs and am going to keep that up until I see my new Endo in September (been waiting 3 months). It is finally nice to see those numbers going down consistently (about 1/2 lb. a day), and it is true that with the no carb meals they do not leave you hungry or craving carbs. Be sure to post again on how the Atkins is doing for you!
