However, I have been on rogaine for my thinning hair for 15years and cant say enough about it. The price has really come down ($23.00 for 3 months generic compared to the 50 bucks a month I was dishing out when it was perscription ony). It's alchohol based and you just squit it on your scalp and go. Before I take off I just want to mention to anyone on estrogen based birth control pills if they get any leg cramps that dont go away check with your doctor. I was on the pill to regulate my periods. The only reson I'm here to tell you this is I was at the doctor for something unrelated and dropped over right in his waiting room. My doctor didn't even mention this as a possible side effect( if you can call losing 75% of your lung compacity a side effect)
