Then had D&C as HCG levels had not dropped completely. Was diagnosed with an ectopic pregnancy. Had a shot of methotrexate and am now being blood tested every couple of days to make sure HCG levels continue to drop. Upon doing an ultrsound revealed a cyst on my ovary 6 centimeters long. The doctor said that most go away naturally, Is that true? Will this effect future pregnancies? What are the dangers? What are the treatments?
