Hi Amy,

Ortho-tri is a bcp with different doses of hormone at different times of the month. This is not recommended for PCOS, rather a monophasic BCP, with constant levels of hormon, is recommended. I take Diane-35 an antiandrogen BPC and am quite happy with it. Jasmin is also one that is recommneded.

I hope that BCP is not your only treatment.
