Hi, I would make sure to have this checked out by your dr. I was experiencing extremly painful periods, as well as during sex. I was full of fibroids and scar tissue that involved other organs, everything was grown together. I ended up having to have a hysterectomy in February and can say I am totally pain free now. It is a very personal decision to make, and I don't regret it one bit, even though I still have pcos symptoms. They are no better or worse, I just don't have the pain. Hth's
