Hi Becky, I have found Diane-35 (sold here (Philippines) as an antiandrogen - but also a BCP - not available in US I beleive, but I think Yasmin might be similar) to be helpful for the skin problems. Unless I pick at my face (BAD BAD HABIT) my skin is now pretty clear. For the weight gain - have you been checked for Thyroid problems. Thryoid problems seem to be relatively common amongst women with PCOS. When my thryoid was getting worse (and before it was diagnosed). I started quickly and noticeable gaining weight in the belly. So quickly that I got major stretch marks - and no one beleived that I was hardly eating anything. Also should be screened for other problems - as there are some other conditions that can mimic PCOS. Particularly important if the symptoms seem to be getting rapidly worse. Are you taking any insulin sensitising drug. It may be helpful to take something like Glucophage! Best wishes Sally
