Anyone out there with Ovulation, Regular or Semi-Regular Periods and PCOS?From: Lenora (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu, 8 Aug 2002 20:46:06 -0500 (CDT)
Hello again, Ladies, When I do things, I like to do it with bang, so this is my third posting for the evening (and my third ever!). As I mentioned in my first post, I ovulate most months and have semi-regular periods -- 22-32 day cycles resulting in 14-15 periods in a year. I am 39 and have only missed 2 periods in my LIFE! And I know at least one of those times was because of extreme stress. I ovulate late, and have short (8-9 day) luteal phases. I would like to know if any of you ladies are in a similar situation and have been diagnosed with PCOS, or if you know of anyone who has? I'm not really finding much information about this scenerio, because it is so unusual. Thanks,
