If you aren't far off from being diabetic, if you have tried other things and they aren't working, why not? There are people who can't handle the side effects, but you don't know you will be one of them until you try. My only caution would be to still eat right for how your body works and exercise. You also are going to do some checking on that thyroid aren't you? Not a good idea to leave that, I'm sure you know though. Btw, are you Donna that used to be on another PCOS list?
