Re: Caffeine / coffeeFrom: Pat (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sun, 4 Aug 2002 15:26:43 -0500 (CDT)
I'm kind of with you on this one. I started drinking and eatin coffee ice cream at around 10 years old. I've tried tea and decalf, with no success. Just do not have the punch, nor the smell for me. So, now, I have always had weight problems. I have been abld to cut my coffee intake in half, voluntarily. But I find it hard to believe it contributes to my weight issues. So, I really feel where you are coming from. Diet is only one part of the whole, huge puzzle. But, I agree with what the others have said. Some feel coffee/caffine does make IR worse. So, cutting back is better than going full tilt.
