As another option, using glucophage to cut the m/c rate seems to be
quite effective as well. There are a few studies out about this. Since
the drug is assumed safe in pregnancy but has never had a drug study
specifically done to prove safety, many doctors are hesitant to use it
all the way through a pregnancy. A good compromise is using it through
the first trimester to help you hold the pregnancy.
