Hi Louise, here's how I see it. It's been no secret on the board that I am definatly not a role model for proper diet and excersize. However, there are two things I will not give up, my coffee and my smokes. I hear all the horror stories that go right along with them, but I can't do it. I don't see how coffee will effect weight, but maybe I am blind to it ! lol Just my ever so humble view of things ! Take care.
