Caffeine / coffee

Hi everyone. I've been reading conflicting things about whether caffeine causes a significant rise in insulin levels. I've cut my coffee intake down to just a cup or two in the morning, but I'm wondering if I'd get a real health benefit (and extra weight loss) if I cut out caffeine all together. Has anyone noticed a change from cutting it out of their own diet?

I know caffeine really isn't good for me, but now that I've given up refined sugars and simple carbs I don't one to give up another pleasure unless I really have to! Thanks for any information :)
