Re: i need to know why i have so much anger ? why i get angry and mad for no reason and why i cant just let go in a argument instead of making it worseFrom: CindyG (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed, 31 Jul 2002 22:39:04 -0500 (CDT)
Wow - I thought I was the only one like this. Last year was one of the worst years ever - my husband and I almost got divorced and we've been married 16 years. I never really thought it was my PCOS. But I guess it could be. All you maddies - have you found it to be at a similar time in your cycle? It hits me around week 3 after my menses. This year it's like a 180 degree turn. I still get really mad and I can feel it coming on. But I have all these tricks... Here's what has worked for me: Mega B Vitamins - take 3 weeks before I think my period is going to show up (I'm on a 5-6 week cycle) or roughly 3 weeks aftera Personal Coach - this one was huge!!! meditation exercise pampers 3x a week Having 3 goals to work on at a time If I'm really mad, I leave the area. I have my own room with a PC (I'm a lucky girl!). I got get my nails done. Anything to be away from those I'm closest to and most likely to pick at or be upset by. I swear my husband is ultra sensitive to my "mad" time. God bless the poor man. Cindy G.
