My 16 year old daughter has been diagnoised with pco. she has been on
bcp for the past year and the very first set of bcp worked great she had
energy and was losing weight and breezed through her periods well dr decided
they were to strong for her and changed them. so for the last 6 months it
has been heck.she is over weight but does not eat much (i finially made the dr
understand that. this is when she said OH my gosh i know what she has)
they did the blood test today so we are waiting for the results of those.
my mother, both of my inlaws and her dad are diabetics. I had t have hyst at 27
due to sever cramps and cyst on overies.
I need to know how to help my daughter and what she needs to know in dealing
with this. Thanks to anyone who can help us.
Melissa
